Booking | A valid credit card is required at the time of booking. Credit card information is stored in accordance with Gloss Genuis’ Privacy Policy. Online booking is available with an 8 week lead time and appointments may be booked up to 24 hours before the requested appointment time. Guests will receive a confirmation request 72 hours prior to their appointment and a reminder 24 hours before their appointment via text and/or email. Service | All pricing reflects base pricing and additional services, treatments, charges and appointments may be required to achieve your desired result. For more in depth detail about pricing please schedule a consultation. Hair is an art form subjective to artistic and personal preference. Our goal is to have happy and working stylist and client relationships. If necessary, simple color adjustments can be made if notified within 7 days, at the stylist’s discretion. Significant changes may require additional services at cost. Reaching your final goals may take more than one lightening, repair, or color service. We do not offer refunds on services, no exceptions. Payment | We accept all major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. We also accept cash, however we do not carry cash to provide change. Personal checks are not accepted and we do not give cash back on credit card charges. Right to Refuse | Our salon staff has the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. Extra Guests and Children | We know coming to get your hair done alone isn’t always ideal, however, space is limited, so please refrain from bringing along extra guests. As we are concerned with you and your children's safety, we strictly prohibit unsupervised children in the salon. There are lots of sharp tools and chemicals in the salon that can ause injury to unsupervised children. In emergency situations, please provide proper supervision for them in the form of an additional caretaker.

Cancellation Policy

To best serve our guests, we require 24-hour notice for cancellations. Any appointment canceled or rescheduled without 24-hour notice may result in a charge equal to 50% of the service amount. No Shows may result in a charge equal to 50% of the service amount. Guests who arrive more than 15-minutes late for their appointment will be considered a No Show.
